Very nice solid and clean 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS396. Numbers matching 396 engine and M21 Muncie 4-Spd. Car had a frame off restoration early 2008. Engine, transmission and rear end were compeletly gone through and anything that needed replaced was. 12 BOLT rear end with 3.73 gears. Lots of new parts in the engine. New paint and interior. Very nice! One question though,how come no stripes ? I have a ‘69 SS also w/ a white vinyl top and white stripes,I know; kind of rare to have the vinyl top,but I think it makes it look meaner ,lol Anyway,your ride looks sharp hoss!!
i got a 69 ss paint code 72 /72 the same as this one , at time of repaint i left off the white stripe i just think it looksbetter without it mine is 396/350hp with a munice 4 speed BUT NOT MATCHING NUMBER. ON Engine. i bougth this car in 1974 yes i said1974. for $2,100 off a car lot . when i was 21 years old.even today every time i drive it ,its like going back in time. me and my 69 forever young
