This is a Chevrolet commercial for the "all new" 1978 Z28 Camaro. "The Z28 Camaro is back!". If you know your Camaro's, you'll notice they are actually 1977's. A GM blooper.

definitely not a 78
can tell by looking at the tail lights and front grill
Well, as a matter of fact, 1978 was the first year Camaros had polyurethane bumper covers, too. These are definitely pre ’78’s.
NOT AT ALL
This is for the 1977 version folks. It was a mid year introduction that emphasized handling over sheer straight line acceleration. Chevy halted Z/28 sales after the 1974 model year, but strong Pontiac Trans Am sales showed that the market for pony cars was still viable, thus the return of the Z in 77. In 78 they went with an integrated front and rear bumper system, the easiest way to tell the 77 from the 78. Of course, there were many other changes, but that is a quick way to see from 50 ft.
TRULY CLASSIC DETROIT MUSCLE!!!!
v-tec
That is one of the cheesiest things I’ve ever seen n my life. But I love it. xDDD
They could have used ’78s instead of ’77s though.
Every new Camaro came with 2 sets of extra door hinges!
haha at the end you can see instead of coming to a stop they went backwards. they just reversed it
