My 1972 chevelle now with a fresh 546 horse 454 backed behind a t-56 6 speed and 12 bolt 3.73. Hope to have some more videos up soon. The last clip is 3rd gear, just throttle after the line lock. Had to let up sometime!!

This is a very rare Chevelle, an original Heavy Chevy. Very few of these were made in comparison to the SS's and they are even harder to find today. This bad boy has been outfitted with a 454 big block motor and a Richmond 5 speed tranny. A very clean restoration and the car runs and drives very well. Don't miss your chance on this one!!

This is a complete ground up restoration that we completed here at Cars Etc...Inc. We have been working on restoring this car for over 1 year and have just now gotten it finished up and we are very excited to be offering it up for sale, we have put only 12 miles on this car since completion. The car has underwent an extensive restoration which involved completely stripping the car down to the bare minimum and bringing it back to life. The engine has been completely gone through and runs and drives like a dream. The car is equipped with the F41 suspension, factory tach and gauges, power steering, power disc brakes, power top, console and buckets. It has a M21 muncie 4 speed transmission. It has the original block with the vin number still in place. We were also able to preserve one build sheet for the car documenting it to be an original LS5 and the color combination on the car is original. With just over 1600 miles since a comprehensive frame-off restoration, you know this car is nice. We have photos of the restoration showing it on the rotisserie being finished top and bottom, and yes, it's every bit as nice as it looks in photos. Black Cherry is one of those colors that seems to bring out the best aspects of the Chevelle's shape, from the crease that runs from front to back, to the slightly flared fender openings, to the pointed trunk lid—everything is on display. Fortunately, the workmanship was excellent, and this is a tight-fitting car that seals up properly and doesn't squeak and rattle itself to pieces as you head down the road. Adding white SS stripes delivers the perfect contrast, reminding you that there's a lot of horsepower underneath. Fully rebuilt and beautifully detailed, the LS5 big block runs like a watch with great highway manners and a lopey idle. The engine looks fantastic in the satin black engine bay, glowing in its fresh Chevy Orange paint and showing off with a set of bright chrome valve covers. The restorer obviously invested a lot of effort in correct finishes and colors, and the result is an engine bay that looks better than new in every way. Power steering and brakes are part of the LS5's option list, too, making this car a pleasure to drive anywhere, anytime. Testing out new motor a little, in this video my throttle is on 1/2-3/4 open, messing with the linkage still and is not opening carb fully yet, or i would of been a little better oh btw this is my 1966 chevelle with a 454, and posi. first car
